Place of data processing

The connected treatment to the use of this website take place in the headquarters of the Treatment’s Owner. The data can be processed even from the company personnel responsible for the technological side of the website at the headquarters and therefore at the designed managers, for the time prescribed from the civil and tax regulations.

Types of processed data

Data provided voluntarily by the user

Through the website is possible to send requests and communications to the Holder by the contact addresses indicated therein and by filling the contract form. The giving of said data is obligatory : they are necessary to answer to the sent requests and to re-contact the customer in order to obtain clarifications as reported.
The possibility of leaving a comment on the website is reserved for users after the data has been submitted using the appropriate form.
Personal data provided by users through the specific form will be used with the only purpose of identifying the user to allow the comment service.

These are the data we will ask for : name, surname, date of birth, address, sex, telephone number, e-mail and password etc.

Computer systems and software procedures used to the functioning of the website acquire some personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet’s communication protocols (for information only, the IP address or domain names of devices through which the users connect to the website, the URI notation addresses (Uniform Resources Identifier) of the requested resources, the system logs, or unique device identifier, device type).

It’s composed of:

Collected information won’t be associated to the interested parties identified.

This data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical and anonymous information on the website’s use and for controlling the correct functioning and will be erased right after the elaboration. Data could be used for the ascertainment of responsibility in case of hypothetical cybercrimes against the site: except this eventuality, web contacts data won’t persist for more than seven days to the State.

Purpose of treatment

The treatments of data requested by the user are carried out in accordance to the EU Regulation 2016/679 on the base of data given by the user when submitting requests in order to obtain specific information. These will be processed by the Owner in a lawful and correct manner, also will be used to send periodic information about our activities using the following services: contact form and newsletter

We use the collected data, if you provided us your consent, to inform you about the promotional activities that you may interest you.

In particular we use them for:

  • communicate promotional activities and information on events, initiatives and partnership of Seraphicum, by e-mail.
  • making analysis and revolting connected to the promotional communication system, as for example, the open e-mail number detection, clicks made on the links present in the communication, the type of device used to read the communication and relative operating system or the list of users unsubscribed from the newsletter.

  • Legal basis of the provided data and methods of Treatment

    The data will be treated in written form and/or electronic or telematic support with the observance of all cautionary measures of security and confidentiality required by law.
    The user’s personal data are of the user are processed, pursuant to art. 6, 1st paragraph, lett. a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, only if you provide your express consent, which has the right to revoke at any time, without affecting the treatments already carried out.

    Subjects whom personal data could be communicated

    The data collected in the context of the service’s delivery, could be communicated to:

  • companies that perform functions that are connected and instrumental to the operation – even technical – of our website, which for example deliver archiving, administrative, or payment and billing services.

  • institutions and administrative and judicial authorities by virtue of law obligations.
  • Under no circumstances we will send or sell personal data to third parties.

    Data Conservation

    The data will only be conserved for the time necessary to answer to the submitted requests.
    The cookie related data will be deleted after 7 days.
    The Newsletter related data are conserved until the interested party will make a cancellation request.

    Interested party’s rights

    At any time, the user could ask the cancellation of their subscribe.

  • oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of data, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection and processing of personal data provided for commercial information purposes or sending advertising material or direct selling or for the fulfillment of market research or commercial communication. Each user also has the right to withdraw the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent given before the revocation
  • receive personal data, provided knowingly and actively or through the use of the service, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without impediments
